Biography
Mr. Broyles brings expertise in the data and voice markets. He recently facilitated Disaster Recovery/Backup for a major client. He worked with facilities management to procure vendor to automate offsite rotation, reviewed the client’s outdated DR plan – recommendations to CIO. He interfaced with business to set appropriate recovery expectations, and corrected failing backups – reconfigured Backup Exec.
As a VoIP Project Specialist (Nortel 5.0 VoIP system including remote sites and Call Centers), Mr. Broyles has worked as liaison between Design Consultants, Implementation Vendor, and Company. He has managed Infrastructure Upgrades (Layer 3 switching) at Chicago and Texas, verified cabling and update of documentation, and mentored Support Staff to transition responsibilities.
